Five years ago, Carys nearly disappeared. They say she’s had a breakdown – but she’s fine, right?
Based on writer/performer Carys Wright’s own experiences of living with sexual trauma, How To Catch A Bear is an animated gig-theatre show about survival and resilience.
Using performance, animation and banging tunes, Carys asks how we turn fear into freedom.
