Another popular gift, portraits of special buildings - houses, wedding venues, ladmarks - are also available as hand painted original artworks.
People portraits
Hand painted portraits of people either on paper or canvas. These are the very popular gifts for families. I've been lucky to paint many children thanks to my work as a children's book illustrator.

How to commission an illustration
Getting your commission is easy.

Get in touch
Take the first step by getting in touch with me, using the form on this page to let me know a bit more about what you're looking for.

Discuss your order
Once I've received your contact form, I'll be in touch to ask for a photo of what you'd like me to paint for you. We'll then discuss any special requirements together and agree a price.

Complete payment
I will send an invoice for your artwork, and as soon as this is paid I will be able to start your commission. This helps me manage any tight turnarounds and busy periods.

Artwork creation
Now you can relax, because I take it from here! The next step is for me to actually create your artwork for you.

You recieve your order
I will ship your commission to you, or to your loved one, with tracked postage to keep it safe. And that's it!
