I was commissioned to illustrate a children's book by the Lord Mayor of London's office, 'The Curious Cat and the Lord Mayor's Show' by Christy White-Spunner.

The brief, my process and final delivery of artwork.

Briefed to illustrate a full 24 page picture book plus a cover design, in full colour

Character design and set of 12 spreads, delivered as roughs, colour roughs and finals

I also designed the book, working directly with an independent publisher to optimise page turns, text placement and layout

Tight turnaround on artwork (three months), with two feedback rounds included.
